Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving them.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): ₹50 for orders under ₹500
- Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹500
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): ₹100
- Priority Shipping (1-2 business days): ₹200
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping (10-15 business days): $20
- Express International Shipping (5-7 business days): $35
- Free International Shipping on orders above $100
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and circumstances beyond our control.

We primarily work with the following carriers:
- Within India: India Post, BlueDart, and DTDC
- International: DHL and FedEx
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- Certain remote areas may have limited shipping options.

International Orders
For international orders, please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Shipping Address

- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Cold Weather Shipping Policy
During extreme weather conditions:
- We monitor weather forecasts in both origin and destination locations.
- We may hold orders if extreme temperatures could affect product quality.
- We will notify you via email if your order is affected by weather holds.
Multiple Package Orders
If your order contains multiple items:
- Items may ship separately to ensure fastest possible delivery.
- You will receive tracking information for each package.
- All components of your order will be noted in your shipping confirmation email.
